What should I bring to class? -- Bring your own yoga mat if you have one, otherwise we will have a few extras available in class. We will provide exercise bands. Water is also a must -- you will work up a sweat!

What should I wear? -- Dress in comfortable gym clothes and tennis shoes.

How much does the class cost to attend? -- The class cost is $5, payable at the time of class. We accept cash, check, Venmo, or Zelle.

Do I need to register in advance to attend the class? -- You do not need to register to attend the class, but get there early to reserve yourself a spot!

What should I expect during the class? -- The class is an hour long, with the first half focusing on standing exercises and movements. There will be a short transition, then we will progress to floor exercises and stretches. If you require any modifications due to physical limitations, let us know and will make every attempt to assist. The important thing is to exercise at YOUR pace, focusing on quality of movement rather than quantity of reps.
