About US:

We founded F.I.T. Health & Wellness with a simple mission: to help people stay strong, mobile, and independent through personalized, science-based training and wellness.

We provide individualized sessions in a supportive fitness center setting, with a focus on strength, mobility, balance, and long-term function. Every program is thoughtfully tailored to each person’s history, goals, and physical needs — not a one-size-fits-all approach.

As a husband-and-wife team who both live and work in the Village Walk Bonita Springs community, we value consistency, trust, and truly knowing our clients. Our goal is to provide thoughtful, professional guidance in a welcoming environment where people feel supported, safe, and confident in their long-term health.

Our Philosophy

At F.I.T. Health & Wellness, we focus on proactive, realistic wellness rooted in real life.

Our goal is to help clients:

  • Build strength and support bone health

  • Improve balance and mobility

  • Reduce pain through corrective exercise

  • Maintain independence and confidence

  • Stay active safely for the long term

Rather than reacting to injury or physical decline, we emphasize proper movement, individualized programming, and sustainable habits that support lifelong wellness.
