As a husband-and-wife team, we provide a more personal and supportive experience than traditional gym environments. Every session is tailored to the individual, with close attention to history, goals, limitations, and long-term health — not just workouts.​

Damian brings over 25 years of experience in rehabilitation, movement science, and performance training. His work combines clinical knowledge with practical application, allowing him to design highly individualized programs that are safe, effective, and appropriate for each client’s needs.

Meghann brings a strong science and wellness background to F.I.T. Health & Wellness, with 18 years of experience teaching Biology, Genetics, and Environmental Science. Her passion for health and preventative wellness grew from a deep interest in physiology, nutrition, and long-term lifestyle habits that support overall well-being.

She plays an integral role in client support, wellness education, nutrition guidance, and community outreach. Meghann is especially passionate about making health and wellness approachable, practical, and sustainable for everyday life.
