Village Walk Wellness Check Program

Bridging the gap between long distance caregivers and their loved ones.

We conduct engaging and informed home visits with seniors to:

  • Ensure the safety of loved ones

  • Maintain health & wellness

  • Help prevent and relieve social isolation

  • Provide vital checks

  • Assist with medication management

As Care Managers, we customize each visit, depending on the health and social needs of each client.

After each visit, we provide Wellness Reports, including results of current vitals, medication management, and social interaction.

Prices range between $25-$45 per visit depending on client needs.

Our mission is to provide peace of mind to families and friends, and a sense of security.
